Huawei AppGallery Esports Carnival – Event Execution

Huawei AppGallery’s Esports Carnival brought together gaming, competition, and interactive entertainment at The View Mall in Riyadh. Our team was responsible for the on-ground event management and execution, transforming the provided creative concept into a fully operational esports experience. The event featured a large-scale gaming stage, PUBG tournament activities, interactive gaming zones, branded activations, audience areas, and partner experiences. Our scope covered the coordination and execution of the event environment, gaming stations, stage and technical setup, branded areas, operational requirements, and on-site management to ensure a smooth experience throughout the event. The event design and creative concept were developed by Arab Hardware, while our team handled the management and execution of the project.
